Making enterprise agreements easier to govern

Why ownership, dates, entitlements and decision records matter after signature.

Enterprise agreements can contain valuable commercial flexibility, but that value is difficult to realise when entitlements, obligations, dates and decision ownership are not easy to find. Governance is the ongoing work of turning agreement information into useful decisions.

A practical approach assigns owners, maintains a forward calendar, records key decisions and creates a regular review of usage, business change and supplier commitments. The goal is useful visibility, not paperwork for its own sake.

General information is not a substitute for advice on a customer’s specific contract, licensing position or procurement context.
